Team Management App

For teams in competitive divisions, GameChanger is probably the best fit for your team. Once the teams have been rostered, there is an easy way to import the team from the league website with Sports Connect into GameChanger. GameChanger is an official Little League approved application for scorekeeping and team management. You can message your team, manage rosters and lineups and handle scorekeeping and even game streaming.

For lower divisions, we still recommend GameChanger to connect with your teams and families that includes schedules, team chat, instant messaging, RSVPs, and more.  You will be notified when your team roster is loaded into Sports Connect. We target to load rosters by the first weekend of practice. 

Team Binders

Team binders must be with your team at all times, as it contains important information about coaches and players.  

Baseball (AA - Juniors)

When you put your binder together, please have the pages in the following order:

  1. WCLL Baseball Division Rules
  2. Team Roster
    1. Printed from the Team Roster on the website. NOTE: This is from  the "Printable Version" Link located at the bottom of the page. Behind the Team Roster, please put the following pages in order, as the players are listed on the roster.
  3. Medical Authorization Form (COMPLETED and signed)
  4. Pitching Eligibility
    1. Pitching Eligibility (AA and Above)
    2. Pitch Count Logs (AA and Above)

1. Concussion Training

Please note: If you were required to complete concussion training for another activity within a year of the date of this email, you can provide the completed certificate from that training instead.

2. Mandated Reporter Training/Abuse Awareness for Adults

Please note: If you were required to complete mandated reporter training as an educator or first responder, you can provide the completed certificate from that training instead.

3. Sudden Cardiac Arrest

Please note: If you were required to complete sudden cardiac arrest training for another activity within a year of the date of this email, you can provide the completed certificate from that training instead.

4. Background Check

An email will be sent to you asking you to complete an application for a background check. This is an online application that take about 15 minutes.  Once you have completed your training, please include certificates in your team binder. You are not allowed to start practice until you can provide proof of documentation. 
In addition, each volunteer is required to be fingerprinted once (not annually).

5.Diamond Leader Training 

Required for All-Stars, recommended for everyone else.
